We are a company committed to the environment and to the health of the citizen, that is why our work is to adapt/recondition machinery and combustion vehicles to the new European regulations regarding emissions of polluting gases into the atmosphere. We design and install gas emission reduction systems for all types of heavy vehicles.
How we work
We plan each project based on the specific needs of each heavy vehicle or machinery, in order to achieve the objectives set by our customers. We provide each vehicle with an exhaust emission control system in accordance with its characteristics and operation, with the installation of a particle filter and catalytic converter or only with the elements required to comply with European regulations or the Ministerial Order in force. To guarantee the results and durability of the product, we carry out the following phases:
Exhaustive study of the project, data analysis and personalised quotation.
We design and assemble systems with particulate filters, oxidation catalysts and SCR systems.
Installation and type-approval of the exhaust after-treatment system.
Monitoring and maintenance of the system for each installed project.
Our company
Filter Solutions S.L. was born as a Spanish startup company, aware of the problem of climate change. Our purpose is to offer effective solutions to the pollution produced by exhaust gas emissions into the atmosphere, one of the main sources of greenhouse gases. We design and install systems consisting of oxidation catalysts, particulate filters and selective catalytic reduction, always according to the needs of each project and fully adapted to the machinery and heavy vehicles that need to be retrofitted to reduce emissions.

Retrofit Systems
Our retrofitting systems are aimed at retrofitting machinery and vehicles that do not yet comply with European regulations.
To do this, we develop systems based on the original specifications of the manufacturer (OEM), and implement new technologies so that vehicles can circulate in low emission restricted areas, or comply with the objectives set by a Ministerial Order in force.

Catalizador de 4 vías: 4WC. Catalizador especial de un solo componente que puede eliminar las partículas (PM), así como el CO (monóxido de carbono), HC (hidrocarburos) y NOx (óxidos de nitrógeno) de los gases de escape de los motores de gasolina o GLP.
