TARGET:

Zero Emissions. Our commitment to the environment motivates our fight against global warming caused by excessive CO2 production and the health risks caused by excessive diesel exhaust emissions, in particular particulate matter (PM, PN), and nitrous oxides (NOX) that prevail in the environment.
  • Monóxido de Carbono (CO) 95%
  • Hidrocarburos (HC) 99%
  • Patículas (PM) 99%
  • Óxidos de Nitrógeno (NOx) 99%

Function of the Oxidation Catalyst

The pollutant gases produced by combustion pass through the oxidation catalyst (DOC), also called two-way catalyst, because it treats two types of gases: Hydrocarbons (HC) and Carbon Monoxide (CO). Inside the catalyst, there is a ceramic or metallic material containing precious metals, essentially platinum, which react with the exhaust gases by means of a chemical process. The process carried out inside the catalytic converter allows hydrocarbon (HC) and carbon monoxide (CO) emissions to be converted into carbon dioxide CO2 and water H2O.

Function of the Particulate Filter

The solid particles (PM) that travel along with the exhaust gases are retained in the filter, while the previously catalysed gases (CO2) escape through its porous walls. Regeneration consists of increasing the temperature of the exhaust gases to the self-ignition temperature of the carbon particles (oxidation process). Our systems and patented technology allow regeneration to take place at only 225º.

Function of the SCR - AdBlue® System

The substance AdBlue (Urea), is mixed with the exhaust gases to produce a chemical reaction to try to reduce the nitrogen oxides NOx, transforming them into nitrogen and water. The patented injection systems we offer provide the perfect amount of adBlue for optimum reaction and performance at all stages of vehicle charging.
